Regina reserves the right to withdraw any tour at any time. Regina reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, when such action is determined by the tour manager to be in the best interests of the health, safety, and general welfare of the tour group or of the individual participant.

Regina does not accept liability for any carrier’s cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airline or other ticket to the tour departure city and return or otherwise. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the passengers at all times. Passengers may be photographed or filmed for the promotional purposes of Regina. Cancellation protection travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased at the time of deposit from our travel agent.

As we have seen with in the past, the State Department of the United States along with the Center for Disease Control, and other government agencies and airlines issue travel advisories at various times and for various reasons. We cannot change the cancellation terms and conditions based on the issuance of any such advisory or the occurrence of any act of terror, war, health, or other incident. All cancellation penalties remain in full force and effect, regardless of the issuance of any travel advisory warning. We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance so that you may cancel for any reason.

Should the chaplain be unable to participate in this trip, every effort will be made to secure a substitute chaplain. Regardless of the participation of the chaplain, the tour will proceed as scheduled on the dates listed. By signing this form to participate in this tour, you agree that the terms of the cancellation penalty will be binding upon you regardless of whether the chaplain is able to participate.

PASSPORT:

A valid passport is required for this tour and must be in your possession at all times during the tour. If you do not have a passport, apply immediately as the process can entail a long wait. Remember to check the expiration date of your passport before booking (certain countries require a minimum of six months passport validity from the return date of your trip). At the time of reservation, Regina requires a copy of the inside page of your passport (showing your name and photo).

AIRFARE:

Regina does not provide airfare – airfare and travel insurance are separate purchases made by you. Your tour includes roundtrip airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport group transfers via coach bus based upon a pre-determined arrival and departure time and meeting point for the group at the destination city.

LAND-ONLY PACKAGE:

Regina only offers a land-only package. With this option, you are able to secure your own preferred air arrangements and flight upgrades. You are responsible for meeting the group at the specified time and location. If you miss the group at the agreed meeting point, you are responsible for the cost and arranging for your transfer from or to the airport.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Regina highly recommends the purchase of an international travel insurance plan (that includes cancellation and medical coverage). We require insurance for those who travel to the Holy Land. Regina is not responsible for any loss incurred by the traveler due to a cancelled flight or other means of transportation. Please investigate purchasing travel insurance to cover any type of loss associated with cancelled air or other transportation. Purchase travel insurance from a travel agent at the time you register when you pay your deposit. Terms vary depending upon the travel plan chosen. Certain plan benefits are available only if the plan is purchased by a certain date after booking and paying the deposit fee. For maximum coverage options, we strongly encourage travelers to purchase a plan at the time of the payment of the initial pilgrimage deposit.
